Disconnection Approach-Lecture-2

Todays lecture we discussed about the basic guideline for performing disconnection to the targeted molecule.

In the Guideline-1 was deal with  following statement:

"For every disconnection, we must have real and workable reaction in mind for affecting the corresponding reconnection (it means bond formation) during the actual forward synthesis is of a targeted molecule".

In the Guideline-2 was deal with  following statement:

"For compound containing of two parts joined by a heteroatom disconnect next to the heteroatom."

In the Guideline-3 was deal with  following statement:

"Consider alternate disconnection and choose routs that avoid Chemoselectivity problem this can be done by disconnecting more reactive group first."
